Staff is taking a Hilton Hotel development proposal to Development Committee on February 22, 2018

 

If Development Committee approves development concept, staff will bring a Purchase and Sale Agreement to City Council (most likely in May).

PROJECT SCOPE:

The adaptive reuse of this site shall be limited to dining, entertainment, brewing establishments/brew pubs, night club, art gallery, or office uses and development of an upscale hotel which shall include, at a minimum, 5 stories, a restaurant, and rooftop bar and guest lounge

Responses to the RFQ were due back to the City by 9.18.17
